The path of Thomas
The route of the "Cammino di San Tommaso" was conceived and designed by the homonymous association which chose to cross the Apennines, from Rome to the Adriatic, with a path that combines faith and nature, culture and tradition.
THE STAGES:
1st stage: Rome – Albano Laziale
2nd stage: Albano Laziale – Lariano
3rd stage: Lariano – Genazzano
4th stage: Genazzano – Subiaco
5th stage: Subiaco – Cappadocia
6th stage: Cappadocia – Tagliacozzo
7th stage: Tagliacozzo – Massa d’Albe
8th stage: Massa d’Albe – Rocca di Mezzo
9th stage: Rocca di Mezzo – Fontecchio
10th stage: Fontecchio – Capestrano
11th stage: Capestrano – Torre dei Passeri
12th stage: Torre dei Passeri – Pretoro
13th stage: Pretoro – San Martino SM
14th stage: San Martino SM – Ortona
There is also a proposal for Abruzzo itineraries linked to the apostle Thomas, elaborated and animated by the Culto e Cultura in Abruzzo Association which proposes the following itineraries:
1) Lanciano – Ortona
2) Guardiagrele – Orsogna – Lanciano
3) Manoppello – Bucchianico – Vacri
4) Villa Santa Maria – Tornareccio
5) Monteodorisio – Casalbordino
6) Sulmona – Pratola Peligna – Roccacasale.
